Session 3 Winter Training

Description

Indoor rowing is a great “off season” program that allows you to maintain the strength and stamina you developed during the “on the water” season.

You will work on fine tuning your rowing technique during erg routines, gain strength through circuit training and then stretch and cool down through yoga.
